- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Have been banking with SunTrust over 10 years across three states and multiple cities and this is by far the worst location I have had to deal with. Had to go multiple times to arrange for a foreign currency exchange because only one person is capable of doing it at this location and she was out on lunch and then multiple times again to pick it up. Huge inconvenience considering I'm sure a lot of other individuals are trying to attend to their business at lunch also. Now I'm informed that they will no longer be taking rolled coins except on Wednesdays...the one in my home town still takes these as SunTrust has always done. If it weren't for the other fantastic locations I've dealt with, I'd consider banking somewhere else.By Kelly Robinson, April 21, 2017
