- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Rude, rude, rude. The MOST unprofessional manager. Super sweet intake personnel, too bad she works for a poorly managed company. People have bumps in their credit, otherwise they wouldn't be using secondary lenders as this company is... I'm not attesting I "deserved" a loan and was declined; however I am attesting that instead of being professional and getting up out of her chair to come over and discuss reasons, options, etc... she chose to snarl and power trip on her personnel. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★My husband and I were in desperate need of a quick loan and Lacey was amazing. We needed it fast and in a hurry. She came through 100% We didn't have to sit around and wait for hours at a time. She called me up, told me us it was approved and paperwork was ready to sign.
