- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆My usual postman is terrific, always polite, smiling, and courteously delivering other mailbox contents with packages. When he is not on duty, however, service is often lacking. Today was such a day. I received an Amazon package, and instead of driving into my driveway to properly deliver my order, the mail carrier stuck it outside the mailbox where anyone driving or walking by could easily have grabbed it!By Victoria Wilhoite, April 19, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I feel like the past year here has been plagued with problems. On three different occasions I've watched the mailman pull up to my mailbox and out the pink slip in saying "sorry we missed you", never even attempting to actually bring my package to me. It's astounding. I'm not sure of it's lack of repercussions or laziness (my guess is laziness), but something needs to change. The supervisor seems apathetic about it as well, they are very cliché examples of bad government employees. The time my mail comes has changed a dozen different times in the past year as will.
