- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Went to the WU at the new Food City on McGrady Drive, Cleveland Tn. However, I never was even able to speak with anybody. The Web page claims it is open till 11:00pm but according to the Food City staff this is wrong; closes at 9:00pm. Although this was frustrating, The management and staff that was on duty Monday, October 19, was some of the rudest people I have ever met. They began by literally laughing about it saying it wasn't their problem and continuously talking down to me. They were snotty, rude and arrogant. I have never before seen such behavior from people who work with the public. I suggest to find a different WU office if you need the service and absolutely go to any other food store......Any other store would be better than dealing with such unprofessional staff as they have.By Live Roach, May 23, 2017
